valves and packaging

valves are fine packaging was terrible !! one valve was in a plastic bag the other 7 valves were in a bag that had been torn open and they fell out of the bag in the shipping process because the box was 10 times bigger than it needed to be and there wasnt any paper or foam or any bubble to take up the empty space , so the valves were flopping all over in the box !!
